This is the time… This is the day in which you’re going to change course of science and human knowledge. Today you will run the time machine, you’ve been working on! One of the most secret projects in the world, hidden from someones eyes. At this very day you’ll become recorded in history and your name will remain remembered. Everybody are at their positions. You trigger transformers and set tools in right place. Everything is under control, all parameters are normal. Time to start! Blinding light fills the whole room, you feel a subtle whiff of shock wave. You open your eyes. In a moment you’re supposed to see a portal to a past… in a moment… What happened? Why so many portals opened at ones?! What the hell are all those creatures?!
Multiuniversum is a card game puzzle where players use actions on their cards to do research, move between 5 modules of the Hadron Collider, preparing tools so they can close portals to alternative realities.
Each player has 3 cards on hand and 3 actions to make during their turn. Using these cards players can:
- do research (draw 2 cards)
- prepare a tool
- move to any machine module
- close portal
- use module ability
When the player closes a portal he gets a sample form this universe (allows player to get bonus points) and knowledge points – described on card.
Each 5 module has one open portal. The game ends immediately when three portals piles are depleted The scientist who got the most knowledge points receives a Nobel prize and wins the game.
